Meadow Source Sourcing Terms of Service
Effective date: October 10, 2026. These terms explain how the information and inquiry functions on this agricultural procurement website are intended to be used. Review any transaction-specific agreement separately before accepting a supplier offer.
Independent procurement role
Meadow Source Sourcing acts as an independent sourcing partner. Website descriptions and catalog entries help buyers prepare requests for factory quotations. They do not establish factory ownership, authorized-dealer status, inventory, a supplier relationship or an offer to sell equipment on fixed terms.
Requirements and supplier responses
Buyers are responsible for describing the intended application, operating conditions, tractor compatibility, quantity and destination accurately. Prospective suppliers must identify their proposed configuration and commercial conditions. Confirm model drawings, material, working width, interface, document scope and acceptance requirements in writing before purchasing.
MOQ, sample costs, quotation currency, lead time, packing, transport, taxes and support responsibilities depend on the individual request and supplier response. A desired seasonal delivery date is a requirement to review, not a shipment commitment. Optional budget and supplier preferences guide comparison without representing a verified supplier rating.
Technical information and limitations
Guides and checklists provide procurement questions. They do not replace technical advice, agronomic assessment, regulatory review or model-specific operating instructions. Example scenarios are labeled decision illustrations and are not customer results. External references support the stated scope only and do not imply endorsement or availability.
Inquiry use
Use the inquiry form for lawful business procurement. Provide a contact route where clarification can be requested. Avoid submitting payment information, credentials or unnecessary personal data. Confidential drawings and sensitive commercial documents should be shared only after the appropriate communication and handling arrangements are confirmed.
Commercial agreement and support
Any sourcing services, fees, inspection, logistics or after-sales arrangements need a defined written agreement. Review the supplier's responsibilities and applicable transaction terms rather than assuming the site provides those services automatically. Qualified buyer support is subject to reviewing the product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements.
For questions about these terms or a requirement, use the procurement contact form. Review our Privacy Policy for the intended handling of inquiry information.
